FreeLife's Fast Start Bonus pays a full 60% on the product sales generated through five levels of enrollments. Every time a new Marketing Executive joins your Organization, their first 2 months of sales (up to 100 points/mo) are paid in the Fast Start Bonus. You earn 20% on your first level (your personally enrolled) and 10% on levels two, three, four, and five, month after month, year after year as new MEs join within your five levels!

A Star Director denotes a Marketing Executive with 3 personally MEs on AC100* with 100 personal points in the current month.
Advancement Bonus
Advance Your Title
One-time Advancement Bonuses are paid to Marketing Executives (MEs) who advance from Star Director to Ambassador. This bonus provides significant incentive to continually promote a higher title as follows:

Star Director Advancement Bonus (SDAB)
SDAB is a onetime 100 USD bonus given to MEs who achieve Star Director Status within the first full month of enrollment (month of enrollment plus the next full calendar month).
- MEs in Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Canada, Dominican Republic, Fiji, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Thailand, United States and Caribbean will receive SDAB payout when Star Director Status is achieved within the first full month of enrollment.
- MEs in Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Philippines and Singapore will receive 50% of the SDAB payout in Month 1 and 50% in Month 21 when an ME achieves Star Director Status within his or her first full calendar month of enrollment.
Star Director Development Bonus (SDDB)
Earn a one-time $100 USD bonus when you develop a new personally enrolled Star Director. The SSDB will be paid in full if your personal enroll holds Star Director status for 3 consecutive months or advances to Director 1 or higher title. You must be a Star Director each month that your enrollee is a Star Director to qualify for this bonus.
Director 1 to Ambassador Advancement Bonuses
As Marketing Executives (MEs) advance to the Director 1 through Ambassador Levels, they will be paid a one-time title Advancement Bonus as follows:
- MEs in Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Canada, Dominican Republic, Fiji, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Thailand, United States and Caribbean will receive Director 1 through Ambassador Advancement Bonus payout on the third consecutive month upon reaching that title, or in the month they advance to a higher title.1
- MEs in Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Philippines and Singapore will receive Director 1 through Ambassador Advancement Bonus payout on the third consecutive month upon reaching that title. Whenever the ME achieves multiple title advancements in a month, 50% of the Advancement Bonus payout will be released on the month they reach that title and 50% in the following month.1, 2

2If the ME does not maintain his or her paid title in the second consecutive month, the ME will not lose the second 50%. The ME will receive it the next month he or she either meets or exceeds that title. The advancement bonus payout will reset if the ME does not hold his or her paid title for 3 consecutive months or if the first 50% is not released.
Ambassador Advancement Bonus
Ambassadors who are advancing from Ambassador Ruby all the way to Ambassador V Diamond are eligible to participate in the Ambassador Advancement Pool! Each time you advance to a new high title of Ambassador Ruby through Ambassador 1 Diamond, you are given 1 share in the Advancement Pool for that month. When you advance to Ambassador II through Ambassador V Diamond, you are given two shares for that month. Shares are earned up to three consecutive months, as long as you maintain the new paid title. If you advance more than one title you can earn more shares in a month. Additionally, you must qualify to earn in the Service pool for any month that you earn shares in the Advancement Pool.

10-Level Residual Income
After the Fast Start Bonus period, monthly repeat product orders are paid through 10 levels, providing financial freedom and the potential for a significant residual income.

Ambassador Generational Bonuses

Total Service Points for Ambassadors and higher consist of Personally ENROLLED Service Points and Personally ENROLLED Leg Service Points. These points are calculated as follows:
Personally ENROLLED Service Points are earned when you:
- Personally Enroll a new AC100 Marketing Executive with at least 100 points = 2 points. 1 additional Service Point will be earned if the new enrollee purchases a Quick Start Pack*.
- Develop a new personally enrolled Star Director = 8 points

Personally ENROLLED Leg Service Points are earned by Ambassadors and higher when you:
- Develop a new Star Director in a personally enrolled leg that is not blocked by a paid Ambassador or higher in that leg = 4 points
To participate in the Service Pools, Ambassadors and higher must earn at least 10 Personally Enrolled Service Points each month. If an Ambassador or higher achieves 60 or more Total Service Points, they will receive double the Service Point credits for that month.
Director II-Director Vs must earn at least 10 Personally ENROLLED Service Points to participate in the Service Pool. If a Director II-Director V earns 30 or more Personally ENROLLED Service Points, they will receive double the Service Point credits for that month.
Service Points will count for up to 3 consecutive months, as long as they remain active in each month. For example, for a Star Director to count in January, February, and March, they must remain an active Star Director for all 3 months. The same rule applies for a personal enrollment of a New Marketing Executive on the AC100.

Average Net Growth is calculated by taking the average net Star Director growth in your 10-level Organization over a rolling three month period. This excludes rollups and compression. Leaders without any Star Director Growth will receive a Net Growth factor of 1. In order to keep the share prices as consistent as possible from month to month and to reward proper business building, FreeLife reserves the right adjust the pool amounts in each country each month.
